- What size ARE “one-size-fits-most” hats?
Our hats measure 57 cm on the inside and really do fit most head sizes. Our hats are also reshapeable, which we know many of you will find important. They also have interior webbing which is what makes them one-size-fits-all. No adjustments are necessary - our hats adjust themselves.
Do you create Hats for Children?
Yes we do! Children’s Boa Hats sizes are smaller and are perfect for Princess Parties, Tea Parties, Birthday Parties, Pageant Costumes, Halloween Costumes and more! We will be adding a Children’s section to our site, as time permits. In the meantime please contact us at hothats@aol.com to inquire about children’s sizing and other options available for kids.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Approximately 7-10 working days. Your merchandise will be packaged and shipped within 5 days from the time we receive your order information. Most packages are received within 7-10 days (5 days for fulfillment + 2-5 days for shipping) so please allow enough time for delivery.
Can you create a Custom Hat?
Yes! We currently offer 3 of our most common designs, each of which offer you the opportunity to customize the hat color, the boa(s) and any clips! Please visit our Custom Hats Section to get started or take a look at our Hot Hats Order Form which explains the process of designing your own Hot Hat!
Are you looking for something not offered on our site? Have an idea that you don’t see on our site? We have hundreds of combinations, and a wide variety of fun hats with props & other embellishments. We are putting them online as fast as we can, but it will take some time.
